Hopefully it was worth the wait for those few that were waiting for my greatness to be unveiled.
Crazily enough I actually ended up with two possible clips. It was hard to decide which one to actually go with. but in the end this is the one that won.
In all seriousness though the Philips PerfectCare Aqua was quite nice to use. The iron did seem to just glide over the fabric and I loved that I didn't have to fuss around with settings or dials or the right temperature for the right fabric. If only it could actually glide over the fabric with out my arm powering it. Now there is an iron for me!

You made me giggle in the beginning :) Love it xx
ReplyDeleteSo glad you got a giggle lovely. That is exactly what I am here for

ReplyDeleteLoved it,,,the presentation was perfect from make up and head gear to the pinny, a lady after my own heart. the iron appeared to be doing a great job gliding over the articles and the eaze in which you finished the ironing was amazing. Plenty of steam to get the wrinkles and creases out. I look forward in anticipation to see your next review. Cheers Robyn..
Awe Thanks Robyn xx

ReplyDeleteawesome! Rave reviews, I see an appearance at the next cannes film festival! Seriously though, well done, great style :)
Lol about Cannes, thanks lovely
Deletevery funny, well done, might actually have a look at one. xxx
ReplyDeleteThanks Rae. It really is a great iron, my mother, who is a die hard ironer, is so jealous. It was very lovely to use and may very well inspire me to keep at the ironing lark. The kids were a bit rapted with ironed clothes. Bless their little hearts
DeleteHilarious, and that's some good cack-handed ironing there!
ReplyDeleteLol about the cack-handed! Mum would never be in the room when I had to iron as a teenager because of my cack-handiness. Trust a lefty to notice.
DeleteHa! Loved it
ReplyDeleteThanks Jodi
DeleteVery entertaining Rhi. If I was an ironer, I would definitely want one of those, if only for the workout :)
ReplyDeletelol yes the workout is a great added benefit, us mothers need to multi task whereever possible as well. I did wonder how the steam would work as a bit of facial as well.
DeleteLine of the day: "I'd love to think if I ironed regularly ...." LOVE. LOVE. LOVE and cracked right up! xxx
ReplyDeleteYes well, what can I say, I like to keep it real! ;)
DeleteLOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! that is one way to embrace your inner 50's housewife!! I haven't ironed much.. infact I think the only time I iron is when I head out for a night out - which is once or twice a year!! Love the video xx
ReplyDeleteBPR Visiting xx
Thanks Yvette, I don't get out much either, which is possibly quite evident
DeleteLOVE the vlog Rhi , you make a very apt 1950's housewife, well done !
ReplyDeleteThanks lovely
DeleteLol what a great vlog. You reminded me of one of personalities of the tv show that Toni Colette stared in called United states of Tara.
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up to #WUW
Oh bless! I love that show
Deleteoh wow!! This really bought a smile to my dial!!
ReplyDeleteWell done!!
Thanks Tammy, I am gald you liked it
DeleteOH MY FRIGGIN GAWD YOU ARE A LEGEND RHI - I can't wipe the smile off my face - the makeup - the way your spoke - THE STEAM BABY. I thought it was cool you don't need to lift it up and it can lie flat on the board. And I agree with Salz, you do remind me of Toni in that, without all the multiple personalities and all that jazz. Love your work :) xxx
ReplyDeleteHaha, awesome! Thanks for adding this to the favourites, it was great!
ReplyDeleteI actually am an ironer. Last night I was ironing and the steam going up in front of my face helped my throat feel better. And it wasn't nearly as much steam action as you had going on there :)
